General Site Rules
1. Account
1.1. Registration is only via Steam login. There are no separate usernames/passwords.
1.2. One person — one account. Using multiple accounts to bypass bans or inflate stats is prohibited.
1.3. You are responsible for everything that happens on your account. If you suspect someone else has gained access to your Steam account, change your Steam password and enable Steam Guard as soon as possible.
2. Conduct
2.1. Respect other members — in site chat, on the forum, and on the game servers. Insults, harassment, and discrimination will result in a ban.
2.2. Do not impersonate administration or other players.
2.3. Advertising third-party projects, servers, or services without administration approval is prohibited.
2.4. Spam, flooding, and artificially boosting any metrics (views, likes, stats) are prohibited.
3. Content
3.1. By uploading an avatar, banner, forum attachment, or club profile content, you confirm you have the right to do so. 18+ content, extremist material, offensive content, or content protected by someone else's copyright will be removed, and the account may be banned.
3.2. The administration reserves the right to remove any content without explanation if it violates the rules or the laws of the Russian Federation.
4. Shop and Privileges
4.1. All shop purchases (VIP/Premium and other items) are final. Refunds are only possible in cases directly provided for by law or at the administration's discretion.
4.2. Selling, transferring, or trading purchased privileges to other players is prohibited.
4.3. Partner bonuses (e.g., premium for playing at partner computer clubs) are granted once per account and cannot be reissued.
5. Moderation
5.1. Penalties (bans, mutes, warnings) are issued according to the administration's internal guidelines and may vary in severity depending on the seriousness of the violation.
5.2. If you disagree with a penalty, you can appeal it by contacting support or creating a topic in the complaints section of the forum.
5.3. The administration's decisions on disputed matters are final.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1. These rules may be changed at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
6.2. In addition to the general rules, separate rules apply to CS2, CS 1.6, and Minecraft — they supplement, not replace, the general rules.
